Michael DiCindio, Esq. is the owner of DiCindio Law, LLC and has been litigating in the criminal law field for over a decade.
He has extensive experience with everything ranging from common first offense criminal matters to complex and high-profile cases that have garnered national news coverage. Never afraid to take a difficult case – he prides himself on hard work, due diligence, accessibility and always standing up for what is right.
In 2010, Mr. DiCindio graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware. During law school, his courtroom abilities were recognized numerous times.
He was elected and served as the President of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor’s Society. Additionally, he was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer’s Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy, which recognizes outstanding abilities in the area of trial advocacy, and was recognized with the “Best Cross-Examination” award at the Buffalo-Niagara National Mock Trial Competition in 2009. In addition, he served on the executive board of Widener Law Review as a Research Editor.
Immediately following law school, Michael was hired as a full-time Assistant District Attorney in Chester County and quickly became immersed in all aspects of the criminal justice process.
